The owners of pnf did an amazing job at ensuring all my party needs were met. They were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and offered several booth packages from the 360 LED Video, the Glow Selfie, The Ring Roamer and the Luxe Magic Mirror. These smart business savvy women thought of “EVERYTHING” leaving nothing undone. They also offered The Vogue LED Light Lined Wall which was paired with the Glow Selfie that my “Guest” could not get enough of!!! I would most definitely use this company again!!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently offering 22% off all of our packages in celebration of the New Year. Offer is valid through 1/31/22 for events occurring in 2022, in NJ.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a system that provides all Clients with full access to their booking information. In addition, all Clients will have complete access to staff for any inquiries or requests that may come about prior to the event day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years experience in Management and Client Service, in addition to degrees.
