- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently offering 22% off all of our packages in celebration of the New Year. Offer is valid through 1/31/22 for events occurring in 2022, in NJ.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a system that provides all Clients with full access to their booking information. In addition, all Clients will have complete access to staff for any inquiries or requests that may come about prior to the event day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years experience in Management and Client Service, in addition to degrees.
