Introduction: Private yoga instruction allows individuals to grow and explore the practice of yoga in a relaxed, one-on-one setting. I am a certified yoga instructor certified under the Devalila Yoga Teacher Training, a 200-hour level yoga school registered with the Yoga Alliance. In addition, I am a full-time Special Education Teacher, and have been working with children with autism for six years. I am interested in Each session can be whatever you feel you need. We can do any combination of postures, breath work, meditation, assisting and adjustments. Whether you have never practiced yoga before and are interested in learning the basics, or if you would like adjustments to help deepen your poses, private instruction is the way to go.
