Our pricing is transparent and based on the size of the space, cleaning type, and frequency. We don’t believe in hidden fees or surprise add-ons. Recurring residential and commercial clients receive preferred pricing, and we’re happy to provide bundled or volume discounts for ongoing service or multiple spaces. Final pricing is always confirmed upfront so there are no surprises.

We start by learning about your space and what you’re looking for, including square footage, usage, and any specific priorities. From there, we provide a clear, no-obligation quote tailored to your needs. Once approved, we schedule your service, confirm details in advance, and arrive fully prepared. After the first cleaning, we check in to ensure everything met expectations and adjust as needed for ongoing service.
