- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $95 for an assessment fee. This charge is for our experienced technician to come to your home in a stocked truck, assess the work that is required and provide an estimate for the work. If you choose to proceed with any of the options that our technician provides, the assessment fee is credited towards that work. We offer discounts and special offers frequently, and we have an annual member Plumbing Protection Plan that provides many great benefits for our customers, including no assessment fees.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Although our main focus is with residential services, we also provide plumbing services to many businesses and retail establishments. We also provide state-wide testing and certification of backflow prevention devices to businesses large and small, state government departments, and homeowners.
