Nick and his crew did a great job. Nick communicated with us throughout the entire project. He is knowledgeable, professional, and a skilled carpenter. Nick made great suggestions, and he also listened to us and delivered exactly what we asked for. Hire this man!!!

Wood features on a shore house sure take a beating. After a big storm damaged the outdoor stairs and banister, Nick replaced both with a more durable material. We’ll never have to deal with this particular maintenance problem again! It was a pleasure to do business with Nick and his office staff, the epitome of old school Jersey charm.

Great experience working with Optimum. First with some fence work. This year we replaced our wooden deck with composite, and we could not recommend Todd, Nick and their crew enough. Great local family business that does quality work and fair pricing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive and we strive to do quality work at a fair price. If you get a written estimate from another company that is less than our price on the same work and materials please let us know. We would like the opportunity to match or come in at a lower cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client and discuss the project and materials they are interested in using. We quote the job promptly and accurately. After a deposit is given and materials are orders we schedule installation and get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our family has been in the home improvement business since 1985. We have experience in all aspects of home improvement from simple storm door installations to entire kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
