This is probably one of the best service calls that I have ever experienced, if not the best. This technician was diligent and very professional. The bottom line is that he knew what he was doing and excecated his mission flawlessly. As a result we now have a rebuilt Sterling TEC II barbecue grill that looks like new that has been restored to its original condition. Thank you.
