If I could give six stars - I would. I've worked with a lot of contractors over my time - and I have to say that Anthony was one of the best. His communication was thorough & prompt. He was able to accommodate our schedule no problem. He showed up when he said he would, was super friendly, got the job done & went above & beyond by cleaning all the lint buildup, etc. He gave me a range that the price would be and the next day when he came - the price was right in that range - no surprises. He also offered to come out the same day but since it was later at night, I asked if he could come the following afternoon instead, which he did no problem. If you have any heating, air conditioning or appliance needs, don't bother calling anybody else - you will be glad that you called Anthony.

Anthony is extremely professional and knowledgeable . He took his time diagnosing the problem I was having with my A/C and gave me options. He came out on a Saturday to fix the issue and I couldnt be more happy and thankful for his amazing customer service.

This is how taking a few minutes out of your day can get you tons of business in the future. I had a problem with my central AC on a sweltering day, and while other places are blowing me off or charging $150 bucks just to come take a look, Anthony calls me back and talks me through troubleshooting on the phone. He immediately figured out that all I needed to do was at least check the circuit breakers. I flipped them on and off a couple times, and bam! Problem solved. I'm going to need to replace the furnace in the fall and will likely update the AC in the near future and Anthony's gonna be the one to do it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is always a free estimate when repairs are performed. We charge a service call Diagnosis fee of 75 but will credit that charge if you decide to proceed with the repair. We do not charge for estimates for replacement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have approximately 18 Years experience plus licensed by the state of New Jersey as a HVAC Master Contractor
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I ventured into the field of HVAC and major appliance repair since it was a family business.
