James from 360 Home Solutions called me within minutes of me going on thumbtack site and putting in a request for a contractor to assemble two items for me. Several contractors contacted me also within minutes with all different pricing on assembling 2 items. I read thru all of 360 Home Solutions clients comments on your site and all the other contractors clients comments which were very helpful for me to make a decision, but my final decision was based upon the fact that this contractor at 360 Home Solutions was licensed and insured which is very important to my husband and I when hiring a contractor at our home. Yes his price was a bit higher than the other contractors but I realize it is worth it to pay more for someone who is licensed and insured plus contractors pay more fees in having to be licensed and insured so I thought the pricing was extremely fair for that reason and on top of that without me asking the contractor from 350 Home Solutions gave me a discount for being a first time customer. He came over the very next day from when I contacted your site and he completed the assembly perfectly, quickly & worked very professionally with me on every aspect from the moment he first texted and up to the next day when we paid him after completing the job! I would absolutely hire James again the Owner of 360 Home Solutions and anyone who wants a qualified contractor with experience and professionalism should call James to complete a job at their home instead of trying to do the work yourself. Having someone do the work for you instead of trying to figure it out on your own is very much worth it and it was completed perfectly!
