FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is fair , I believe you can dig in one pocket but you cannot dig in two pockets , be fair work with people, some elderly people don't have the money, on stuff like that you try to just cover cost .I give 10% off for elderly ,and 10% off for veterans,if you're a WW2 veteran like my grandpa just cover material sad to say not to many left.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and try to get all of the information that is needed to do the job .I present different ways to handle the problem according to ones budget . If photos don't suffice I set a time and day for a estimate in person and at that time I will give you a number on what I would charge to do the job . when I get to that point all depending on the size of the job I would send out a formal estimate to the customers email and once the customer looks it over and agrees then I would set a day up to come out and do the work.
