- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will probably not be the cheapest, nor the most expensive. I’m currently offering some new client discounts to get Viking established.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make it a point to get to know who the client is on a personal level. I want my potential clients to be comfortable with me before we even begin discussing the project. I like to ask a myriad of questions to make sure I fully understand the customers desires and needs. I also do my best to be as transparent as possible with my processes and pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working in various forms of contracting my entire life. Prior to forming Viking, I was working for one of the biggest home improvement contracting companies in the nation and learned a lot from them. I’ve learned from some of the best and the worst in the state. Learning from the worst teaches you how to avoid doing things wrong.
