- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Wedding Makeup the pricing listed is base pricing for wedding parties, for my brides I having different pricing which we discuss when we visit about the details of the look you desire for your special day. For all other events, all pricing listed is base pricing which can change depending on changes done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to ensure my client is confutable with the price then I proceed with asking for a deposit this is to ensure their spot I also send them a contract for their safety as well and we make the booking I ensure I know what the client wants so I can meet their expectations
