Gary James was absolutely phenomenal! Booking him as our private chef was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, he was professional, organized, and attentive to every detail. The food was outstanding, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing everything tasted. Gary’s friendly personality and passion for what he does made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Gary James to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. Chef Gary was great. He prepared meals for me weekly and everything looked, smelled, and tasted great. He took into consideration my dietary requirements and always made it work. Unfortunately the travel distance between he and I did not work out long term, but I would hire Gary again in a heartbeat.

Everything was amazing. Gary was very professional, everything he cooked was delicious, and it was so nice to at the end of the party come in and the kitchen be cleaner than it was when he got there. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody looking for a great experience.
