- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexible depending on job and location. I do offer a discount, block times and if they refer me and that person books they first client receives 2 free hours with 2 hours booked (total of 4 hours)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to visit the site of the project and get a feel for the space and get to know the client a little.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I saw how hard it was for family and friends after the loss of a loved one. I understand that disorganization can be caused by depression and how overwhelming it becomes.
