They just want to sell their equipment. Doesn't give them the right to call someone else's choice to buy equipment elsewhere cheaply made

As I told you we only install professional grade systems not systems that are store bought or internet purchased products those products are not the same level of quality. All manufacturers make a professional grade and a retail grade. We won’t touch store bought or internet purchased products. Store/internet grade are less money for a reason and are a service nightmare. This is America you are allowed to make mistakes. We could if we wanted could buy inexpensive equipment and install it. We don’t and we won’t. Sorry for having ethics.

There is no such thing as a one size fits all in water treatment systems. We recommend based on the customers needs and the problems in the water. A customer might require a simple $200 fix or may need a system that can approach $10,000.
