It was such a pleasure working with Jen from the day we contacted her, til the day we had our ceremony and in between. Jen contacted me within 20 minutes of inquiring online. We discussed what I was looking to do and she worked with me to make my ceremony perfect. I asked her to adjust a few things within the ceremony and she was more than willing and accommodating! The Eternal Memories website is very inviting and from the beginning, Jennifer made the process a wonderful experience. My husband and I chose to have a very simple ceremony in our home. It was an emotional event for us and Jennifer was just lovely making our ceremony very special. Given the opportunity, I would highly recommend Eternal Memories.
