- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to keep things simple, so we offer one complete package that includes everything you need for a beautiful, personalized ceremony. We also proudly offer discounts to military, police, EMS, and firefighters as a thank you for the work they do. With our package, you will have unlimited meetings, calls, texts, and emails whatever it takes to make sure your ceremony feels just right. You’ll also receive a printed copy of your custom-written ceremony along with a personalized marriage certificate that’s perfect for framing or adding to a scrapbook if you’d like.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know my couples as it makes it fun and easier to put together the ceremony of their dreams. Getting to know them either by *****, ***** or getting together in person adds a very personal touch to this process in the planning of their wedding. We go over the marriage certificate and how to obtain it then what to do afterwards.
