My son and his fiancé had been engaged for two years unable to decide on a wedding date and venue as family was spread between several states and they were living in Oahu. The couple decided on an impromptu surprise wedding since all family would be gathered for his grandmother’s 100th birthday. With a week’s notice we put together a wedding at grandmothers home and reached out to Daria from LeMazing Grace through Thumbtack. Daria responded to our information request within minutes and without hesitation. Daria set up two or three appointments with the bride and groom resulting in the most beautiful wedding I’ve been witnessed to. Daria shared the bride and groom story, offered assistance and suggested for either non-denominational, Christian, catholic and other options. The couple wanted catholic readings and Daria incorporated two readings by family members into the ceremony. This was followed by the couple sharing their vows and included the essence of the couple in the tone of the ceremony. We were all touched deeply and thankful Daria was there to gracefully and expertly guide us through the process in such short notice with kindness and professionalism. Thank you for making their surprise special day come together beautifully!

Daria officiated my wedding 4 years ago and she was amazing! She took the time to ask questions about our relationship to include them in the ceremony and also hand wrote the words used and gave them to us as a gift in a beautiful note book. She is also a long time family friend which made it more special. I would highly recommend her!

Daria was great. She added all the little quirks to our ceremony that we asked for. We were hoping for a serious but not so serious ceremony, and she delivered it perfectly. She was always very professional, prompt and on time, and listened to our wants. We felt very comfortable with the whole process and she made it so easy!!!

Daria truly was AMAZING. She made planning a wedding in New Jersey while living in Hawaii a breeze. She listened to exactly what we wanted, had multiple calls with us and made sure the ceremony was a true representation of us and our relationship.she went with the flow of us surprising our families and cracked a few jokes with us, too. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every ceremony is different, so pricing depends on the type of ceremony, location, level of customization, rehearsal needs, and any special elements you would like included. I believe in transparent pricing—any travel fees or optional services will be discussed before you book, so there are no surprises. Pricing is also available on our website.
My goal is to create a meaningful ceremony that fits both your vision and your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a relaxed conversation so I can get to know you, hear your story, and understand how you want your ceremony to feel. Traditionally this is done over a virtual meeting, but can be done in person. From there, I’ll send you a few thoughtful questions to help me create a ceremony that feels personal and authentic. Once I receive your answers, I’ll prepare the first draft within two business days. You’ll have the opportunity to review it, request changes, and collaborate with me until it feels completely right. On the wedding day, I’ll arrive prepared, organized, and ready to help everyone feel comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained wedding officiant since 2007 and am authorized to perform wedding ceremonies. My professional background also includes extensive experience in leadership, public speaking, writing, planning, and working with people from many different backgrounds. I’m also a notary public and notary signing agent.
Just as importantly, I bring patience, warmth, attention to detail, and the ability to make people feel comfortable even when emotions or nerves are running high.
