I was so pleased with a project I deemed as extraordinarily difficult was made to look like a walk in the park by 2 young able bodied men who were very courteous. They were polite and respectful and even helped me clean up after the removal! Thanks ever so much !!

These guys are great. Very responsive, completed project, picked up all debris. I highly recommend them if you want to save money. Dumpsters are so expensive these days.

Dj and his co-worker were very competent and professional. I had forgotten to tell them the object was full of glass and even though they werent prepared for that-they didnt let that stop them! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give all inclusive pricing.
Your price will include everything from load up, hauling, and all the way to disposal.
We offer discounts throughout the year and also to first time customers ($20 off).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always make sure our scheduling process is easy and all of our customers are satisfied, whether you're a new customer or someone who uses us every week! Otherwise we wouldn't have such a happy customer base!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
If we could, we'd send each of our employee's to junk school!
But since junk school doesn't exist, we have the next best thing! Years of experience and real world training for all new employees. This way all of our employees can do their best to deliver the best possible experience to each customer.
