FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is primarily weight-based at $0.08 per pound, with clear reference tiers for common load sizes. A base transportation and hauling cost is required, along with an upfront deposit that covers estimated disposal. Final pricing is based on actual weight. If the load weighs less than estimated, a $0.02 per pound refund is applied as a protection clause. No hidden fees
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask clients to provide pictures of the items or areas needing removal. This allows me to accurately estimate weight, scope, and access requirements before arriving on-site. From there, I provide a clear, upfront estimate and explain the pricing and deposit structure. Once approved, we schedule the job, complete the removal efficiently, and finalize pricing based on actual weight. This process saves time, avoids surprises, and keeps costs fair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an OSHA 30 certification and bring over 10 years of hands-on experience working in junk removal, hauling, property maintenance, and labor-intensive environments. Over time, working under different crews and contractors, I learned how to be resourceful, operate safely, and improve efficiency on every job. That experience allows me to complete projects faster, reduce waste, control costs, and deliver better outcomes for both my clients and my business.
