Vlad, thank you for solving our plumbing challenges with our shower. Vlad replaced a shower column in our master bathroom allowing us to finally use it after a few months. Vlad was prompt in responding to my request for a plumber via the platform and we quickly set an appointment. Unfortunately, Vlad lost his phone and missed our original appointment. As soon as I followed up with him, he shared what happened and quickly rescheduled to meet us. These things do happen so we didn’t hold it against him. He arrived as scheduled and installed the shower panel. Well, we couldn’t use it as we didn’t have any warm water; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. We contacted Vlad and he came out the following weekend to resolve the issue which was on the manufacturer’s side in the installation instructions. We’ve been using the shower for the last few days and we are very pleased with the work. We highly recommend Vlad for his responsiveness and quality of work, that we think is commensurate with the price we paid.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate degree in civil engineering. Over 25 years of construction and home remodeling experience, in the United States and Europe (Italy). Experience includes site supervision and crew management, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, masonry, carpentry and tile installation, plastering and painting, and asbestos abatements, flooring installations of hardwood, carpet, and laminate. Executed multiple installations of plumbing, mechanical and thermal devices and subsystems. Backed by strong credentials and a proven history of timely, on-budget and high-quality project completion.
