It was one of the best experiences we have from thumbtack. He messaged us after we reached out and then followed up. We called him at 2:30pm, if he could come and fix our HVAC and he said he has an appointment but can come after 5pm. We said we have to go somewhere and will be back by 8:15 or so and he said he can come at 8:30pm. He did come and diagnose the problem. So thank you so much for coming and fixing it though temporarily due to the problem in the system. Highly recommend him for great work, his responsiveness and the knowledge he has is unparalleled. Recommends him for every work related to HVAC.

Jake provided exceptional service during my HVAC consultation. He thoroughly diagnosed the issues and clearly explained all available options for my home's specific needs. Zeljko (Jake) at Flux Electric installed additional AC unit and also a gas generator for the whole house. In both of these jobs he was very professional and work was done at exact time and price as promised. Also, whenever we had any questions or issues, he would come at his earliest convenience to take care of these units.

when my old my furnace when down I was terrified about the hassle to come. I called 2 HVAC firms, both highly rated on websites and local mail flyers, they both came on site visit; and as expected, high price quote, stiff scheduled and that annoying "dealer attitude".... therefore I looked more. I was lucky to find Jake from FLuxElectric, he is prompt , very professional and unbelievable knowledgeable. He first evaluated my home, looked in detail at vent ducts, room volume and suggested the combination for the HVAC system that will work best for my home (Furnace , Coils and Condenser unit), he was able to explain in technical details why some units are not appropriate for my home, why some units would be less or more energy efficient and why some system are prone to break sooner than other. In addition, he works with best HVAC units on the market (Trane). I was surprised to schedule the work in less than a week, all work was finished in one day. The work quality is flawless, the city inspector noted the work quality as being outstanding. The price for the work was surprisingly 30% less that both of the other companies.
