My initial experience with Viking Pest Control was most positive and satisfied my needs. I loved the fact that I can call with any future problems and they will respond with a visit if necessary for no extra fee no matter how many calls. I thought that was comforting. The people who came to my home were very respectful, thorough and knowledgeable. All around positive experience.

Today I had Viking technician Ray (#11150) visit my home to apply treatment for crawling insects. Since I was not at the property, the technician phoned me 30 minutes before his arrival as instructed and was there within the specified time. Ray was extremely thorough with the application and very careful with personal items stored in the home. HIs performance certainly deserves a 5-star rating.

We recently switched from another pest control company to Viking and the only thing we can say is WHY DID WE WAIT SO LONG?! From the booking of the initial inspection to the service itself, everything was easy and professional. Mike Lefobure was our Viking Representative today. We have been having a problem with mining bees. Mike was very professional in that he explained what he was going to do and how it would help to get rid of the bees. He was diligent, friendly and concerned about solving the problem.
