    Family law matters require an initial retainer, and services are billed against it for time spent on the case. My hourly rate is $340, and my firm bills to the tenth of the hour (i.e., in 6-minute increments).

    JD, Temple University Beasely School of Law Former law clerk in the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey Mediation training through the New Jersey Superior Court

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Ask lots of questions! Going through a divorce is nearly always emotionally taxing with so much unknown. An experienced, dedicated family law attorney can be your best tool to work through that anxiety with relevant knowledge, preparedness, strategy, and compassion.
