FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects a highly personalized experience from start to finish. We combine thoughtful design and skilled craftsmanship under one roof, so there are no surprise handoffs or miscommunications — just clarity and cohesion. We’re happy to work within a defined budget and offer phased plans when needed. Every project starts with a collaborative consultation to align your vision with what’s possible financially and structurally.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a phone consultation to explore your vision, clarify your priorities, and understand how you want to feel in your space — whether that’s more flow, warmth, inspiration, or ease. Our work isn’t just about finishes and furniture; we’re listening for the deeper shifts you’re seeking in how your home supports your life. From there, we prioritize scheduling an in-person walkthrough where we assess the space together and begin aligning structure with intention. Next, we provide a full-service design plan that may include: - A custom blueprint layout to optimize functionality and energy flow - Mood boards to reflect the feeling and aesthetic you’re craving - A detailed proposal with finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and materials Once we’re aligned, we move into project execution. As a design–build team, we handle everything from ordering and scheduling to managing on-site work, so you don’t have to play middleman between designer and contractor. We specialize in working with homeowners who want a seamless, hands-off experience and are ready to trust a team that brings clarity, cohesion, and care to every step of the renovation journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Beyond formal design education and years of renovation experience, we bring a unique background in somatic awareness, energetic clarity, and emotional attunement. This allows us to read between the lines of what a space and a client truly needs. That sensitivity informs not just how we design, but how we communicate, manage expectations, and lead projects with care.
