To whom it may concern, I recently decided to make a move on a home remodeling project that was long overdue, and found myself searching online for a suitable contractor. After much deliberation and careful review, I reached out to JAG General Contractors regarding the project. I was contacted by the Managing Member Darin who took the time to listen attentively and understand what I was looking for. Within a day he was on site reviewing the work to be done and making recommendations. A few days later as promised I was presented with a very detailed and thorough proposal that went line by line through the specifics of the project, which I greatly appreciated, and agreed to. When the day finally came they were punctual and prepared taking great care not to damage or stain any carpeting or furnishings nearby. They communicated effectively and were responsive throughout the entire process addressing any concerns and answering any questions I had. The project was completed on time, the work came out phenomenal, and I am thoroughly satisfied. Darin and JAG General Contractors gave me precisely the kind of smooth and seamless end to end experience I was looking for. Without a doubt the project improved the condition, increased the functionality and utility, and added to the value of the home. You just can't put a price on this kind of expertise and experience, and I will once again be looking their way when it comes to my more ambitious projects. Highly recommended.
