Granted, it was scheduled last minute, but schedules kept changing, and the final job was disappointing. I needed to finish the job myself.

Hi, Marian. First of all, thanks for using Thumbtack for lawncare services. I am regretful that you had a poor experience. However, one of my cohorts ended up handling this job. He has a completely separate Thumbtack profile. I did not have anything to do with the work that was completed at your house due to passing this job along to that cohort of mine. We work completely independent of each other. Once again, I'm sorry for the experience you had, but this review should have been left for that other company.
