- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can always work with you to better fit your budget, changing the plan or the pricing. However, you must remember that quality work can’t be done cutting corners for a cheaper price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, we would set up a meet to see the property and visualize exactly what we need to do. We would then come up with a quote and a plan, and email/text to the customer to approve. Then, work up a contract and get started on your project.
