Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My name is Brian Alston and I am a Life & Leadership Coach. What does that mean? It means that I help men and women in the prime of their life work through issues of grief, anxiety, doubt, guilt, anger, and fear. I listen to them and help them identify and clarify the issues they are having. Together we put those emotions into concrete words so that they may process and understand what and why they are feeling the way they feel. I partner with individuals and challenge them to face their personal fears with strength and courage. I act as a mentor to my clients and help each of them find their own answers and solutions that are right for them. I work to help my clients grow by showing them how to positively detach themselves from their emotional issues by gaining a greater awareness and insight. This process allows them to see possibilities and opportunities instead of blocked paths and dead-ends. When you work with me, I instruct you on how to do this over and over again on your own, so that with practice, you can learn to be aware of what is happening and use that knowledge to better navigate the pitfalls and roadblocks of life. My work fills me with so much joy. It is an honor to watch my clients start making emotional connections and life changes on their own. Seeing them begin not just to walk, but run towards creating a happier, successful, and sustainable future for themselves is always amazing! I have been a certified life-coach for the last 11 years. However, I have been helping people my entire life. Ultimately, my desire to help others comes from the values my parents, mentors, and role-models instilled in me all throughout my life. If I had to sum up what I do into one sentence it would be this: I help people find their smile again. I work extra-hard to help people find their smile again because life is too short not to smile. When you work with me, we are on this journey together. I hope you’re ready to start! -Brian.

Brian has a big heart. Has the patience to work through my frustrations, and at times seems to care more than I do to solve my issues.

Brian is an amazing life coach! He intuitively just understands and empathizes without judgement and offers solutions and guidance from the heart. So many therapists and counselors I have worked with seemed judgemental, focused on the wrong thing, and did not seem to understand what I was going through. He hears me and is able to read my emotions between the lines, which helps me discover the true issue I am having so I can resolve it! Brian is wonderful to work with, is a gentle guiding hand, and I would, and do, highly recommend him!

I have known Brian Alston for over 40 years and know him to be a gentle, accepting, empathetic, intelligent, and honest man. I endorse him 100% as an individual who is able to see through various issues and can help others struggling to better identify the root of their personal issues and guide them toward better paths. Regardless of issue and whether they be “small” or “larger”. His personal strength lies in the fact that he assists others not because he has to… but rather that he wants to and is good at what he does. -C.P.D.

Brian was able to successfully get me back on track after Covid hit hard and I was having difficulties at my prior job. He listened to me ramble, many times over, about the negativity and toxicity of my prior office. He was able to get me back on track by encouraging self care, therapy as needed, and telling me to list positive attributes about myself so that I would know I am valuable. And that worked.
