Ill start off by saying this is the first time I was itching to leave a review. From the moment I stepped into this facility I was impressed. The decor is beautiful and the place is spotless. Zakiya and Katherine greeted me with a welcoming smile. After expressing Ive had a few bad experiences with IVs Zakiya distracted me with great conversation while Katherine flawlessly placed the IV and started the drip. Even after everything was in place they both stayed and we proceeded to have a conversation about traveling, food, genetics, health and wellness, etc. It is not very often I feel that comfortable with strangers, my ambiverts or introverts will understand. It is an absolutely art form to create a space in which time passes quickly while there is an IV your arm. After a painless IV placement, amazing conversation and great recommendations for future treatments I was ready to go in what felt like minutes (It was about an hour). On top of the amazing experience that perfect cocktail I was infused with left me feeling uplifted and energetic. If my interaction with Katherine and Zakiya was any indication of the sort of customer service I will get during a facial or any other service, sign me up!

My esthetician Yaxanna was very friendly and professional. The atmosphere had a relaxing and serene vibe that instantly put me at ease.The facial began with a deep cleansing, followed by a gentle exfoliation that left my skin feeling incredibly refreshed. The esthetician took the time to analyze my skin and selected products specifically suited for my needs, which I really appreciated. The massage during the treatment was soothingit helped relieve all the tension in my face and neck, making it feel like a true pampering session.By the end of the facial, my skin was glowing and felt nourished, smooth and hydrated.I highly recommend this facial treatment to anyone looking to rejuvenate their complexion and indulge in a little self-care.

This place is amazing , I will start with a phone call. I just made a call to ask about IV drip and the lady answered call patiently answered all my questions without pushing me to make an appointment or visit them. However I went there, so here is the actual story begins- this place is run by minority women (applause), neat , clean and very professional group of women. They made sure that I understood all the details about IV before getting it done. They made me comfortable , walked me through the process and stayed with me until I was done. Thats why people say - if you want something to talked about tell men but if you want something to do be tell women.
