Response time and work were excellent. They drained, took down our pool and removed everything including pump, heater and ladder. They were done in just a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend them!!

Worked with Kevin on removing 2 concrete walkways in the front of my house. He responded to texts and answered the phone, which is why I chose his company. Too many companies just ignore communications altogether, but not KS Demolition. He actually punctual. He explained what he was going to do and quickly got it done. Kevin is very nice and recommend him highly. The job was to remove the concrete only but after discussing my plans he said he can fill in with "clean dirt" since the place that he dropped off concrete sells dirt. I wouldn't need to hire another professional and he could do it right then. Here are pics.

From the beginning Kevin was very responsive and made sure our needs are met accurately and as soon as possible. He explains very thoroughly all components of the job that we might not have thought of and gives a very fair and honest quote.
