Chet was very prompt, fair, and attentive. She went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable and that we getting good quality work at a fair price. Our project was done quickly which was a necessity because the roof was leaking. Thank you Chet and the ERS team.

I had my home lifted after Hurricane Sandy. The whole process would have been stressful and overwhelming but I was never worried because of how ERS handled my job. Their work was beautiful and every time we hit a bump in the road due to town ordinances or architectural problems, they were able to come up with an even better solution. I would highly recommend them. Their costs were by far the most reasonable and they were very easy to work with. I trusted them completely and they did not let me down. My home is more beautiful than I had hoped.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on labor hours for each segment of work. So if 1 segment is 3hrs and another is 5 hrs you'll get charged for 8 hrs for 1 employee. Plus we prorate operational expenses based on the estimated time of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is a conversation on the phone to set up an initial meeting. During the meeting we will verify our company's info, discuss what to expect during the process and start understanding what are the clients needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Caesar graduated from University of Virginia has been in the industry for 35 yrs. Is certified (Licensed) as a Builder Home Improvement Co in NJ, holds various certs and always continuing online education courses.
