Other contractors receiving my pictures said, sight unseen, fascia boards were rotten and I needed to replace them. Which would have been a lot more money. That was not the case. Corey said from picture it may only need to be reattached. Which was true. He reattached gutter and price was right. I would recommend and use Corey again.

We had some foundation cracks that were filled but wreaked havoc on our finished basement. Brought Corey in initially focused on pulling out some damaged carpet, fixing the drywall, replacing wet and damaged baseboards and painting the fixed areas. He has been one of the most polite and easy to work with handymen/contractors we’ve ever worked with and prices very fairly for the work. The project looked perfect as we await new carpet to be installed. In addition to this we’ve had Corey handle a bunch of smaller jobs and he has proven to have broad experience to handle most any project. The only advice I’d recommend is making sure his workers are trained as well as Corey. We had a blip with some drywall being cut inside by a new worker with no tarp down that made a huge mess. Corey made good on the issue and spent considerable time cleaning it up and resolving the concern. Again handled professionally and humbly as he fixed the issue. I’ve got plenty more for him do to (no job too big or small) and he’s doing a great job now with many jobs with my mom after the recommendation.
