- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company will charge for labor and materials, unless the customer has supplied the paint for us. Then we will only charge for labor only on the final estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with working with a new customer would be getting as much information about what needs to be done for the project, scheduling an appointment with the customer when they are available and going out to their property to look at what needs to be done, and try to build a connection with the customer and give them an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High School Completion. In addition worked in the International Union Painters.
