Introduction: We at Deep Rooted Wellness and Creatives believe that wellness is more than physical health. Wellness is rooted in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual elements. We are here to help you explore and educate on ways to address each of these elements. We can provide coaching to explore your wellness goals, and provide guidance and programs to help support you. From traditional gym workouts, nutritional guidance, self exploration and creative activities, or getting immersed in nature, we have the education and background to work with a diverse population of all ages. We offer health coaching, stress reduction coaching, personal training, remote fitness programming nutritional guidance, nature/forest therapy walks with retreats coming soon! I do offer 15% OFF some services if you have a friend or family member join you on your journey.

I have been working with Audrey to meet my fitness goals and am excited to continue! Audrey has been working with me to meet my strength training and general fitness goals. One of my favorite things about working with Audrey is that she understands the type of training I want to do and makes the workout challenging and enjoyable. Audrey has shown me several new exercise and types of workouts and is always very clear about form and how the exercise should be performed. Audrey has helped me set long term goals and a plan to achieve them with weekly check-ins on the goal, assignments for outside of training and nutrition tips for pre and post exercise. And she always checks in to see how I'm feeling after a workout :)

I've been training with Audrey for over a year and have experienced awesome results. When we began, she was coaching me in person and I could immediately see she was unlike any other trainer I'd worked with. She coaches to your goals, and helps you break through strength barriers with ease, guiding you to strength PR's with her easy to follow workouts. She currently distance coaches me. I was skeptical at first, because I'd never had this type of experience. I'm happy to report that the distance coaching scenario works so well! She emails me my routines every week. She even includes YouTube videos for technique. I print them and work them. We are in touch nearly every day, where I rant & comment to her and send her videos of my lifts. She is super responsive & offers both encouragement and critique frequently. And at the end of the week I email back how each day & lift went. I'm 54, in the best shape of my lift, lean and strong. I HIGHLY recommend Audrey and Functional Fitness!

My husband and I have worked out with Audrey for the past 6 months. She is fun to work with and very down to earth. She understood what I was looking for in a workout and helped me meet my goals. We love that she came to our house which is where we normally exercise. She worked with the equipment we already have. She was very flexible with scheduling and consistent in providing us with new workouts in between our sessions. Hiring Audrey was a great decision!

I've been working with Audrey for a few weeks now. I'm already seeing results and I'm actual excited to work out. Audrey has been great about listening to my concerns and creating workouts that fit my needs. She also teaches me how to use the equipment properly and explains what each exercise is for. I also love that she leaves me homework for the days that we are not training. She's very supportive and keeps me motivated. I highly recommend her. Luz B.

I've been training with Functional Fitness for over 18 months, both in person and now remotely. It has completely transformed my body and how I view fitness and exercise. I've tried many trainers, and it's usually the same old same old - with Functional Fitness each workout is different and they are modified based on your performance from the previous week. Not only do I look better, I am much more stronger and my body is more pain free than it has ever been. If you're looking for training - look no further!
