Sameer was very reasonable with his prices that he quoted. He told me what was wrong and immediately fixed the problem as he was efficient. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the work and would recommend.

Sameer showed up early. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He did a great job especially with the patching . We are planning on using him for another project soon.
Sameer did a quality emergency temporary repair for me.
My ceiling was falling off the studs in my bed room (about 4 inches off the studs in some spots) and he braced the ceiling
be attaching beams to the studs across the drywall thus preventing the ceiling from likely falling down all together.
Sameer is a smart and talented young man and I will hire him again in the near future for other projects. He was also he lowest price and fastest available out of all the other PRO's that responded to my quote request.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically install recessed lights or fixtures for about $120 a light. Additional switches and wiring adds to this price. Of course, the rate also depends on the kind of light being installed, and accessibility. Usually I quote drywall patches that need to be done as part of the lighting installation quote, so jobs that have poor accessibility require more patching and are usually quoted higher.
I do drywall repairs for about $300-600 depending on the size of the patch. Travel time also adds to this cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask for a panoramic image and give a quote online. I aim to always respond instantly to customers and give them a quote ASAP.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no formal training in electrical work. However, after doing electrical work for a few years with the guidance of licensed electricians, I have the skills of an apprentice electrician. I handle only basic electrical projects that don’t involve wiring in breaker panels and electrical disconnects.
Since basic electrical work is done by hired apprentices even for licensed electricians, there is no need to be apprehensive about hiring me for lighting installation, fan installation, and most switch and outlet installations. The value that I give far outweighs my lack of an occupational title.
I am also a student studying mechanical engineering, which gives me the right temperament to handle technical learning and problem solving
