The movers arrived on time, polite and were cautious in how they handled the furniture. Always questioned if an item was going into the truck or staying at the current location. The guys were friendly and I had fun talking with them. I would highly recommend M.P. Solutions LLC. I spoke to Hector more than once and he let me know upfront way the moving cost is calculated. That was very important because I know ahead of time if I could afford their services.

The owner of the company contacted me immediately. I described our move (from a 1BR/1BA third floor walk-up). He gave me an hourly rate which included any packing, disassembly and reassembly, and of course moving. No hidden fees like fuel or time from lot to my apt and back - it was just a flat rate from arrival to departure. He sent two movers who were phenomenal - punctual, professional, knowledgeable and hard-working. At the end I was sent a request for payment by Venmo. Everything went super smoothly, couldn’t have asked for a better moving process. I literally went down my stairs once - which was to leave the old apartment and get in a lyft to the new one! Doesn’t get better than that. Would recommend and would contract their services again.

MP Solution did great! They saved me with last minute furniture moving. Dave and Ed were very profesional, fast, responsive and took care of everything including wrapping fragile stuff in the bubble wrap or mattress in protective foil! I'll be more than happy to work with them again!

The team from MP Solutions was great to work with and to spend time with. They walked through the house and garage with me so they knew what was going and what was not going. They took care with the furniture. They disassembled what needed to be disassembled, including the recliner sofa (family was taking bets on whether they could get it out of the room given the difficulty the delivery people had getting it into the room) and they reassembled everything at the destination. I would definitely work with MP Solutions again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every service category has different pricing options and offers. It is best for the customer to contact us directly for the most accurate pricing. We are very competitive in all our pricing, and we give every customer a quality service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer can reach us via thumbtack messaging, email, online, or by phone (text or call). We'll communicate on what services the customer is requesting to complete. Once everything has been discussed we can provide the customer with an estimate of how much the total job will cost.
Sometimes when needed, the customer will need to send us photos via text or email of the job, or we can come out in person to view the job, so we can give you a more accurate price. Once we agree on the price we will set up a day and time to come and get the job done, and add you to our schedule!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all the proper systems, teams, knowledge, and experience from the numerous years we have been providing these services day in and day out. We are also licensed and insured.
