- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees!!! We make moving easy for you by helping you know what you are paying for. Call us and we will go over the entirety of your move. For all booking customers there is a non refundable $100 booking deposit that secures the date inquired about and which will also be deducted from the final bill. For local, hourly rate moves there is a 3 hour minimum, with a service charge. Price will variate depending on size of truck needed to complete your move. (This is non negotiable) *Service Charge: (Tools, truck space + (gas and mileage(office to office), materials used during your move are included (cardboard, plastic wrap, furniture pads, bungee cords, tape, padded moving blankets, etc. Furniture Assembly & Disassembly are also already included.) *There are no additional fees for multiple flights of stairs, or long-carry (having to park a distance away from the entrance to your home). *Tolls are not included on hourly moves, and will be added to the total cost of the move, if applicable. *Parking Permits are not included (In certain cities, such as Philadelphia or Jersey City for example, you may need to obtain a temporary parking permit for the truck. That allows you to block off two parking spaces for 24 hours, so that we can get your items in and out quickly, saving you time and money. Otherwise, if we have to park the truck down the block or around the corner and carry the items a long distance, you can expect your move to take much longer to complete. That will cost you much more than a $25 parking permit! We will ask you where you are located, and discuss all of this on the phone with you early on. Payment can be made by cash, debit or credit card, and we also accept PayPal. Payment by debit or credit card have a processing fee of 4%. We offer military, senior, and student discounts. Valid I.d. required.

Typical process for working with a new customer is to find out his or her individual moving needs. Each customer’s situation is different. So we find out exactly what the customer needs, we form a plan and then execute said plan.
