Tyler and his partner were nothing but professional. I needed a small valve replaced under my sink. Tyler actually gave me an alternative (really, that's something you RARELY hear !!). Short time later, all done. I am more then satisfied, will definitely be calling them back .

My sump pump failed at 10:00 AM this morning -- on a day on which we are expecting 2-4 inches of rain. Timing is everything! I called Ben Franklin this morning and left a panicked message -- within 30 minutes, I had a time slot for today. The plumbers called and said they could arrive early -- awesome! Within two hours, my seized pump was replaced. These guys are pros -- a true family business that warmly welcomes every customer into the family. I could not recommend them more highly.
