- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing, fees etc. are all calculated by what’s needed. Also If there’s transportation cost involved as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It varies on the expectation but for the most part after our phone consult, I would prepare a presentation to make sure when we meet there is an understanding of the current need. From there we can make plans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a buyer at 19 yrs old and transitioned into merchandising and design at 20. I’ve always had an eye for trend and what works.
