Jim from JMH responded very quickly when I requested for a property survey quote. His prices were more reasonable than others and he did not try to upsell on services that I did not need. Instead, he suggested who to contact to determine whether or not I needed topographic survey and flood elevation certificate. I highly recommend JMH.
