- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am usually the cheapest in town. I am very reasonable and I stand behind my prices. If I am a bit more expensive than my competitor just know I won't rest until you're happy!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet and greet, go over the job details and get an idea of what the customer wants and needs. Go over everything I'll be doing and just be open and honest about everything. I like giving my customers the assurance they chose the right hire!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a carpenter my whole life. From building things at a young age to building stages for major acts (cirque du soleil and other major performers) I know how to use my hands.
