Tom and his crew came and cleaned 3 large ares rugs, and a couch and loveseat.
They worked very hard, and the results were beautiful. They got one filthy rug that i thought i would have to trash looking like new. Another one had ink stains all over it that they meticulously got out. They moved the furniture aroumd to get everything cleaned (a lot of companies i have hired won't do that for you). I was a little concerned with the price, but they certainly earned every penny plus some. It was definitely worth it. I hired them on the spot for another job. Tom also is very accommodating with scheduling and is a good communicator. I highly recommend.

Tom contacted me. Right away after receiving my message. He scheduled me and was here to do the job as scheduled.
Tom cleaned our sectional which I was ready to replace. The sofa looks brand new.
My carpets look brand new as well. I had the entire house cleaned by Tom.

Great job performed wish I would’ve known that to clean the tracks they needed access to the interior of the home but the windows look fantastic. Completed at a reasonable price.

Our prices are relatively similar to other companies around. We offer package deals if a customer wants more than one service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is pretty similar with all customers but with a new customer I try to sell myself and gain their confidence, so they know the project will go smoothly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an IICRC certified carpet cleaning technician. Also have worked and was trained by some very reputable cleaning companies in Cape May County.
