It was a great experience working with Ben. He replaced our two bathroom faucets along with valves and pipes that were quite old. We also asked him replace old valves that were connected to our washing machine and shower faucet cartridges in our basement shower. He did this all in half a day and was reasonably priced. I would use him again!

We had an issue with the thermostatic valve cartridge in our shower system and were fortunate to find Ben. From the very first interaction, he was incredibly responsive, getting back to us quickly and even offering to come the same night to address the problem. That level of dedication and willingness to help really stood out to us.

When he arrived, it was clear that Ben takes great pride in his work. He was extremely thorough and meticulous, carefully diagnosing the issue and ensuring every step of the repair was done to perfection. He didn’t rush through the job but instead took the time to double-check everything, explaining what he was doing along the way.
