Shiny Pools was hired to install a pool heater for an above ground pool using propane. From the start, they handled all aspects, including ordering parts and working through the installation until everything was properly installed. In the end, Shiny pools ordered a different part for the tanks so that i would know how much propane was left, which led to a better user experience for me. Shiny pools focused on the job, with a sense of dedication in getting the job not only done but done right. I chose Shiny pools based on their reviews. Ben was extremely professional. I had several issues with my pool: green, old piping that needed replacing, and diagnosing and repairing my flow issue. He explained everything clearly. He was very responsive and punctual. He told me when he was on way every day and that is one of the most important things to me. Would call him for any future issues.
