We hired Allen Chimney to replace our chimney liner, and I couldnt be happier with the service. Theron, the owner, personally came out to provide an estimate and took the time to explain the entire replacement process in detail. He gave us a written quote on the spot, which was clear and fair.The workmanship was top-notch, and the team demonstrated true professionalism throughout the project. My mother has used Allen Chimneys for years and has nothing but amazing things to say about them! We called for a quote and someone was at our house the same weekend. We will definitely be using them next year on our wood burning stove. They have a very fair price and they were extremely upfront with what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is almost always determined by an on-site visit. If you know you have an issue with your chimney, fireplace, or heating flue, Allen Chimneys will come out and provide you with a free quote. If you are unsure whether or not your fireplace and heating flue are safe for operation, Allen Chimneys will perform a level II inspection of the interior condition.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers' information are put into our software system through the **********************. Next, we will set up either a free consultation or, if a service is needed, we will set that up. Once the appointment is complete, you will receive a quote for any necessary repairs *********.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My eduacation really began as early as high school, where masonry was my main course of study at the technical school i attended. After graduating high school, I immediately began working in the field of chimney repair and maintenance. For 15 years, I was employed by a reputable, NJ based chimney company where I learned the trade. In 2009, I decided to branch out and start my own company and hence, Allen Chimneys, LLC was born!
