- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is almost always determined by an on-site visit. If you know you have an issue with your chimney, fireplace, or heating flue, Allen Chimneys will come out and provide you with a free quote. If you are unsure whether or not your fireplace and heating flue are safe for operation, Allen Chimneys will perform a level II inspection of the interior condition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers' information are put into our software system through the **********************. Next, we will set up either a free consultation or, if a service is needed, we will set that up. Once the appointment is complete, you will receive a quote for any necessary repairs *********.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My eduacation really began as early as high school, where masonry was my main course of study at the technical school i attended. After graduating high school, I immediately began working in the field of chimney repair and maintenance. For 15 years, I was employed by a reputable, NJ based chimney company where I learned the trade. In 2009, I decided to branch out and start my own company and hence, Allen Chimneys, LLC was born!
