As a handyman, I AM NOT LICENSED PLUMBER, but I have great experience, so if you need licensed plumber look somewhere else and do not contact me please. About warranty, before I departed, I make sure everything works fine. So as Handyman I want to work some side job. I am full time superintendent in Cedar Grove NJ. I want to grow and do some side job. I am pretty good in general what the house needs, starting from plumbing in almost all types, including heating and cooling (here with my partner). I am the one who can fix it. I fix and do repairs doors and windows, lock doors, and installing all types of power outlets and light switches, replacing light fixtures, and much more, all about handyman jobs and what the house needs. I work Monday through Friday after 5:00pm at anytime. Also Available Sunday all day. Sincerely, Handyman-Arzen.

Arzen was amazing fixing my plumbing issues. He explained his process for fixing each item. How to conduct proper maintenance and checked ever item to make sure it was done correctly. He also was punctual, patient, and accommodating as well. I will be hiring him again!!
