I enjoy helping people with what seems to be a very complex situation. Restoration work is a lot like eating an elephant. When your pipes have burst or your basement is full of sewage, it sometimes seems like an insurmountable situation. But we are able to address the project step by step so that we can efficiently and quickly get the property owner back to pre-loss conditions.

Ian was very responsive and professional. I sent a text and within 10 mins I was able to schedule a visit to identify if there was a mold condition in my home. After the visit he provided a recommendation to decrease the moisture in my home.

Ian is a class act. We we're very concerned about mold in our home and he was very responsive and punctual in terms of remediation. He also identified the root cause as an external drainage issue and made a personal recommendation from his network to help. He could have overcharged and gave us a temporary fix, but instead, he recommended the best approach even though he made no money from it. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Ian and his team at Manta helped partially finish my garage, putting in an additional door, insulating, and closing the walls. They also added in a storage closet to separate the space out, and added outlets and replaced some of the old electrical. They did great work, were really quick and professional, and gave me a huge upgrade for our garage that makes it a more usable part of our outdoor space. Easy to communicate with, really helpful in thinking out the right options for our needs (and our budget) and did fast, quality work. Will absolutely use them again for our next job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only standard pricing we have is for air duct cleaning ($100/unit and $30/vent. Some extra charges if in attic and difficult to get to).
All other estimates are very much case-specific
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time a job first requires a site visit. That way we can meet and review the scope of the project, discuss concerns or issues, and see if the customer has any specific needs. It is a rare instance when we can give an estimate sight unseen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are NADCA trained for air duct cleaning (commercial and industrial). They are certified by the IICRC in water, fire, smoke, and mold. We are also a certified mold inspector and can perform 3rd party inspections.
