- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always transparent and based on the specific needs of your property. Lawn sizes, terrain, and the scope of work (such as mowing, trimming, cleanup, or additional landscaping services) all help determine the final rate. I provide upfront estimates so there are no surprises, and I make sure customers understand exactly what they’re paying for before any work begins. I also offer bundle discounts for ongoing weekly or bi-weekly lawn maintenance, as well as seasonal service packages for spring and fall cleanups. There are no hidden fees—any additional charges, such as extra hauling or oversized property work, are always discussed in advance. My goal is to deliver quality service at a fair price with full transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by gathering details about your property and the specific services you need. From there, I offer an estimate—either based on photos you provide or a quick on-site visit if needed—to make sure the pricing is accurate. Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the service at a time that works best for you. On the day of the job, I arrive on time, complete the work thoroughly, and walk you through the results to ensure you’re fully satisfied. For ongoing lawn care, I set up a regular maintenance schedule and keep open communication so your yard always stays in great shape. My goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and hassle-free for every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and real-world experience in full-service lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance. Over the years, I’ve developed strong skills in mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup work, shrub/bush care, and overall yard management. I stay up to date with industry best practices, equipment use, and safety standards to ensure every job is done efficiently and professionally. My experience working on a wide range of properties has helped me understand how to deliver consistent, high-quality results for every customer.
