- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very straight forward regarding our pricing and it is all laid out on our website. We offer bulk discounts for centerpieces, columns and 20ft + garland orders. We have fees for delivery/take down which we also list on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our customers and discuss with them what they are looking for in regards to balloon decorations. We love what we do and want to make sure that you love our work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jana has several years of experience as a planner, coordinator and manager. In addition, she holds a degree in Business Administration from Rutgers. Growing up, she always threw parties for her friends and family members and balloons were always part of the celebration! She does most of the creative aspects of the business. Jade has 10+ years experience as a business owner. She also has a Masters degree in business. She handles the logistics, administration and organizing aspects of running the business.
